Advertiser Account Panel Overview

Information about Advertiser Account Panel; it includes Dashboard, Manage Account, Performance Report, Image Campaigns Overview, Notifications, Offers etc.

1. Advertiser Dashboard

The dashboard is the first page that you will see after logging in to your 7Search PPC account. It contains all the relevant information that you need at a glance. It provides you an overview of your account, the ad campaigns you are running, Live visitors on your website, and other important information.

1.1. Reports Section

The report section is available at the top of the dashboard; under it, you will find four areas:

  1. Explore Today Report

    This section will show you the number of impressions and the number of clicks that your ads have gotten on that particular day.

  2. Explore Yesterday Report

    This section will show you the number of impressions and the number of clicks that your ads got yesterday.

  3. Explore Month Report

    This section will show you the number of impressions and the number of clicks that your ads have got in the current month.

  4. Explore Lifetime Report

    This section will show you the number of impressions and the number of clicks that your ads have received since you have created your campaigns.

1.2. Setup a New Campaign and Keywords

Under this section, you will have the following options:

  1. Create New Campaign

    Click on the create new campaign to create a new text campaign.

  2. Add Keywords to Campaign

    When you click on add keywords to campaign, it will take you to the list campaign page, where you can add keywords to your existing text campaigns.

  3. Transfer Funds to Campaign

    When you click on the transfer funds to campaign, it will take you to your wallet page. You can add funds to your main wallet and transfer that fund to your individual campaign’s wallet on this page.

  4. Performance Report

    Clicking on performance report will take you to a new page where you can find a detailed report of your campaign’s progress, account performance, keywords performance, and display campaign performance.

1.3. Live Visitor

This section shows you the live visitors on your website. To track visitors, you must have a tracking code on your website. You can get this tracking code while creating the ad campaign, or you can get it by clicking on the Get Tracking Code option on the Live Visitor panel.

The Live Visitor section will give you the following information about your visitors:

  1. Campaign

    This indicates that on which of your campaign, the visitor is live on your site.

  2. Keyword

    This indicates that on which keyword of your campaign, the visitor is live on your site.

  3. IP

    This shows the IP address of the visitor.

  4. Location

    This shows the location of the visitor i.e. State and Country.

  5. URL

    This shows the URL of the page on which the visitor is currently active.

  6. Time

    This shows the time of the visitor.

1.4. Text Campaign

This section lists all the text campaigns you have created, including all active and non-active ad campaigns. It shows you the following aspects of your ad campaign at a glance.

  1. Campaign

    It shows the name of the campaign.

  2. Status

    It shows the status of the campaign like Active, Inactive, Pending, etc.

  3. Wallet

    It shows the wallet balance of the campaign.

  4. Budget

    It shows the daily budget of the campaign.

  5. Total

    It shows the total expenses of the campaign from the date of creation.

  6. Country

    It shows the target country for the campaign.

  7. Action

    The action also called menu, provides you options for the campaign.

1.5. Display Campaign List

This section lists all the image campaigns you have created, including all active and inactive image campaigns. Similar to text campaign, this section shows you the following aspects of your image ad campaign at a glance.

  1. Campaign

    It shows the name of the campaign.

  2. Status

    It shows the status of the campaign like Active, Inactive, Pending, etc.

  3. Wallet

    It shows the wallet balance of the campaign.

  4. Budget

    It shows the daily budget of the campaign.

  5. Total

    It shows the total expenses of the campaign from the date of creation.

  6. Country

    It shows the target country for the campaign.

  7. Action

    The action also called menu, provides you options for the campaign.

1.6. Transaction History

As the name implies, this section shows you the transaction history. Here, you can find the invoices of the payment you have made since creating your 7Search PPC account.

1.7. Feedback and Support

  • Select List

    The first option under this section is a select list, under which you can select one of the following: Feedback, Suggestion, Complaint, or Bill and Payment

  • Subject

    Below that, you will have to enter the subject line that will indicate your feedback.

  • Message

    Then, you need to write detailed feedback/complaints in the message box.

  • Rating

    You can give a rating to your feedback.

  • Attachment

    You can also attach an image file to further elaborate on your point. This is an optional field.

  • Once you have entered the required details, click on the submit button.

2. Manage Account

You will find the manage account section under the dashboard in the left navigation panel. Upon clicking manage account, you will see three options:

1. Profile

On this page, you can update user info. You can change or add the following elements on this page:

  1. First Name

    This field stores your first name.

  2. Last Name

    This field stores your last name.

  3. Username

    This field stores the username of the user. Username is unique for every user.

  4. Email

    This field stores email address of the user. It is used for login into your account as well as for making email communication with user.

  5. Contact Number

    This field stores contact number of the user.

  6. Gender

    This field stores the genger of the user.

  7. Date of Birth

    This field stores Date-of-Birth of the user.

  8. Language

    This field stores prefered language of the user.

  9. Address

    This fields store your address, like Address, City, ZIP Code, State, Country.

  10. WhatsApp Number

    This field stores your WhatsApp number. This is optional.

  11. Skype ID

    This field stores your Skype ID. This is optional.

After entering the things, you want to add or change, click on the UPDATE PROFILE button to save the changes.

2. Wallet

2.1 Main Wallet

The main wallet shows you the available amount in your 7Search PPC wallet. You can also add funds to your account under this section by following these steps:

  1. Enter the amount you want to add.
  2. Enter your GSTIN (if you have one).
  3. Select the payment method.
  4. Click on the PAY NOW button.

Finish the payment process, and the funds will be added to your account.

2.2 Campaign Wallet

You will find the following details under the Campaign Wallet:

  1. Campaign Name

    It shows the name of your campaign

  2. Campaign ID

    It shows the unique campaign ID

  3. Type

    It shows the type (text/image)

  4. Current Balance

    It shows the available balance in a particular campaign wallet

  5. Add Balance

    Enter the amount and click on the + sign to add funds to a particular campaign

  6. Empty Campaign

    Click on the REVERSE TO WALLET button to empty the campaign wallet.

2.3 Add Funds History

Under this section, you will find the history of funds added to your account. It shows transactions related to funding transferred to the 7Search PPC wallet via payment gateway. It will show you the following details:

  1. Date

    It shows date and time of the transaction.

  2. Status

    It shows the status of the transaction.

  3. Payment Method

    It shows the payment method of the transaction.

  4. Description

    It shows small description about the transaction.

  5. Amount

    It shows the amount of the transaction.

  6. Action

    I action, you can print your transaction invoice.

2.4 Transaction History

Under this section, you will find the history of all the transactions in your account. It shows transactions related to funding your text/image campaign from your 7Search PPC wallet or vise versa. It will show you the following details:

  1. Date

    It shows date and time of the transaction.

  2. Status

    It shows the status of the transaction.

  3. Payment Method

    It shows the payment method of the transaction.

  4. Description

    It shows small description about the transaction.

  5. Amount

    It shows the amount of the transaction.

  6. Action

    I action, you can print your transaction invoice.

3. Logout

Clicking on the Logout option will log you out of your account and take you to the Login page.


3. Text Campaign

You will find the text campaign section under the manage account in the left navigation panel. Upon clicking text campaign, you will see two options:

1. Create Campaign

Create campaign menu provides a feature to create text campaigns. For want to more information about the new text campaign creation please click here.

2. List Campaigns

When you open the list campaigns, a page containing all your active and inactive text campaigns will open. You will find the following elements on this page:

  1. ID

    Each campaign has a unique ID. By clicking on it, you can easily view the keywords and other details.

  2. Campaign

    This column shows the campaign name to identify the ad campaign.

  3. Status

    You can check the status of your campaign here. Through this, you can know whether your campaign is active, inactive, or pending.

  4. CMP Wallet

    This column contains the total balance of the ad campaign. You can add money to this wallet. It will be deducted from your main wallet balance.

  5. Daily Budget

    You need to select the maximum amount of money you want to spend on your ad in a day. Your ad campaign will be stopped immediately once your expenses have reached this limit. If the budget is 0, it means that the daily budget is unlimited. In this column, you can add money to your daily budget.

  6. Today

    Click on the REVERSE TO WALLET button to empty the campaign wallet.

  7. Total

    This column shows the total expenses incurred throughout the entire running duration of the campaign.

  8. Keywords

    You can view and add the keywords here.

  9. Impressions

    This column shows the number of times your ad has been shown.

  10. Country

    Under this column, you can see in how many countries your ad will be shown.

  11. Clicks (CTR)

    This column shows the number of times your ad has been clicked.

  12. CNV

    It refers to conversions. It shows that how many users have placed an order on the website.

  13. Action

    The following options are available here:

    • View and edit: You can easily view and edit your campaign here.
    • View Keywords: You can also view keywords here.
    • Copy Campaign: There is also an option to copy a campaign. You can easily copy a campaign by selecting this option. You must give a new name to the campaign. If you don’t give any name, it will be set automatically to a copy of the particular campaign.
    • Request Delete: You can select this option if you want to delete a campaign. If you delete it once, the action cannot be reverted.
    • View Report: It is the performance report of a campaign.

4. Image Campaigns

Under the image campaigns, you will find the two options:

1. Create Campaign

When you click on the Create Campaign, a new page will open, where you can fill in the necessary details to set up your image campaign.
On the Create New Campaign, fill out the following details:

  1. Campaign Name

    The campaign name contains a maximum of 80 characters. It is not visible to any users or visitors. It is for your information, and the user will not see it.

  2. Destination URL

    The users cannot see this URL in your ad. The visitors will be redirected to your website with the help of this URL.

  3. Website Category

    In this step, you can select the category which suits your website.

  4. Daily Budget

    This budget determines the maximum amount of money you want to spend on your ad in a day.

  5. Enter Keywords

    You can enter the target keywords if you want to. However, this step is optional.

  6. Target All Countries

    You can click this checkbox if you want your ads to be displayed in all countries.

  7. Target Countries

    This list will allow you to select countries for the keywords associated with this ad. You can select the country from the dropdown menu you wish your ad to be displayed.

  8. Tracking Code

    The tracking code helps track your live visitors when they visit your website by clicking on your ad on the publisher’s sites. You need to put this code on all the pages on your website to track live visitors on your website. You need to put this Tracking Code before the closing head tag in your site’s page source.

Note - Click on the copy tracking code button to copy the code.
Once the campaign is completed, you will be redirected to the campaign list page.

1.1 Manage Images

After creating your image campaign, you will need to add images. To upload the pictures, you will need to go to the List Campaigns under the Image Campaigns.

On this page, under the Action column, click on the menu icon in front of the campaign you want to add images to.

You need to upload at least one campaign image to start the image campaign. A new page will open where you can easily upload an image:

  • Click on the image size
  • Select the image
  • Click on the UPLOAD button

2. List Campaigns

When you open the list campaigns, a page containing all your active and inactive text campaigns will open. You will find the following elements on this page:

  1. ID

    Each campaign has a unique ID. By clicking on it, you can easily view the image details.

  2. Campaign

    This column shows the campaign name to identify the ad campaign. By clicking you can edit your campaign details.

  3. Status

    You can check the status of your campaign here. Through this, you can know whether your campaign is active, inactive, or pending.

  4. Wallet

    This column contains the total balance of the ad campaign. You can add money to this wallet. It will be deducted from your main wallet balance.

  5. Daily Budget

    You need to select the maximum amount of money you want to spend on your ad in a day. Your ad campaign will be stopped immediately once your expenses have reached this limit. If the budget is 0, it means that the daily budget is unlimited. In this column, you can add money to your daily budget.

  6. Today

    It shows the total expenses that have been incurred in a day.

  7. Total

    This column shows the total expenses incurred throughout the entire running duration of the campaign.

  8. Impressions

    This column shows the number of times your ad has been shown.

  9. Clicks

    This column shows the number of times your ad has been clicked.

  10. CTR

    It shows a percentage of the number of users who have completed placing an order on the website. It can be measured by dividing clicks with impressions.

  11. Action

    You can view, edit or manage images. You can also delete a campaign by clicking on the request delete option. There is also an option to view the report. By clicking on it, you can see the performance report of a campaign. The following options are available here:

    • View and edit: You can easily view and edit your campaign here.
    • Manage Images: You can also manage your image here.
    • Request Delete: You can select this option if you want to delete a campaign. If you delete it once, the action cannot be reverted.
    • View Report: It is the performance report of a campaign.

5. Performance Report

Under the Performance Report, you will find the following two options:

1. Report

When you click on the report, a new page will open. To view the report, you will need to select some parameters:

  1. Report Type
    • Account performance
    • Campaign performance
    • Keyword performance
    • Display campaign performance
  2. Date Range

    Choose date range, between you want to make a report.

  3. Campaign
    • All
    • A particular campaign
  4. Keywords
    • All
    • A particular keyword

After selecting these parameters, click on the CREATE REPORT button.
You will get a detailed performance report containing the following elements:

  1. Date

    Date and time of impression.

  2. Impressions

    Total number of impressions in a same date.

  3. Clicks

    Total number of clicks in a same date.

  4. CTR

    Click-through Rate: the percentage of total clicks per total impressons.

  5. Avg CPC

    Average Cost per Click

  6. Cost

    The total cost spended in a same date.

  7. Conversions

    Total conversions in a same date.

Note: You can download your report here in the format of an Excel or PDF file.

2. Track Impressions

A new page will open when you click on the track impressions, where you can see your daily impressions. On the top right corner of this page, select the date and click on the SEARCH button to view the impressions on a particular date.

  1. Impression ID

    This is a unique ID for every impression of the advertiser.

  2. Campaign ID

    This is the ID created by the advertiser for the campaign. You can click on ID to get the campaign information.

  3. Date

    You can view the date and time of the impression here.

  4. Location

    It shows the location from which impressions have come, or the ads have been clicked.

  5. Keywords

    It shows the keywords on which the impressions have come.


6. Notifications

On the “notifications” page, you will get all the notifications related to your 7Search PPC account. The page contains the following details of the notifications:

  1. S.N.

    This column contains the serial number of the notification

  2. Date

    This column contains the date of when you have received the notification

  3. Title

    This column contains the notification title

  4. Summary

    This column contains a summary of the notification

  5. View

    This column contains a “View” button; when you click on it, it will show you the detailed notification


7. Feedback List

The Feedbacks page contains all the information about the feedback that you have given to 7Search PPC via Feedback and Support form that is avalable on Dashboard.
You will find the following elements on the feedbacks page:

  1. Ticket ID

    It is the unique id of the feedback you have given or a complaint you have registered.

  2. Type

    It shows whether you have given feedback, suggestion, or a complaint.

  3. Date and Time

    It shows the date and time on which the feedback has been given.

  4. Subject

    It shows the subject of the feedback.

  5. Status

    The status shows whether the admin has replied or not.

  6. Rating

    It shows the rating you have given at the time of submitting the feedback.

  7. Message

    It shows the message that we have sent to you.

  8. Reply

    You can easily reply to us by clicking on Click To Reply.


8. Latest Offers

When you click on the Offers in the left navigation panel, the Offers and Coupons page will open. You will find all the details about offers/coupons on this page. It contains the following elements:

  1. Coupon Code

    You can view your coupon code here.

  2. Amount

    The amount of coupon code will be displayed here.

  3. Description

    You can view the description of any promotional discount offers here.

  4. Used

    It shows the number of coupons that have been used.

  5. Expiry

    It shows that how many coupons have been expired or not of use.

  6. Status

    It shows whether the offer is active or not.


9. Request for Blocking an IP

Suppose you find or detected from your source that you are getting fake or unwanted traffic from a particular IP. Then you may report that IP address. It would help if you mentioned that IP with a description.
You will need to enter the following information on the Request for IP block page:

  1. IP Address

    A valid IP address that you want to block

  2. Why you want to block

    The reason why you wish to block said IP (in not more than 255 characters)

  3. After filling these two fields, click on the Report button.

  4. 7Search PPC will process your request and inform you accordingly.
