1. Sign Up Process

As an advertiser, you have two ways to create an account on 7Search PPC. You can either use your e-mail or use your existing social media account. It is effortless to create an account with 7Search PPC. All you have to do is to follow the steps as provided below and get your account ready in no time.

1.1. Method 1

Creating a 7SearchPPC account using your e-mail.

  1. Go to the 7Searchppc.com

  2. Click on the Advertisers button. It will take you to the advertiser's log-in page.

  3. Click on the Create Account button. A signup form will open.

  4. Fill in the required information

  5. Click on the check-box next to I agree to Terms and Privacy Policy.

  6. Click on the Create Account button

  7. You will receive a confirmation e-mail on your e-mail inbox

  8. Go to your e-mail inbox and open the e-mail

  9. Click on the ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT button present in the e-mail

  10. When you click the button, a new web-page will open, displaying the following

  11. Now, use your E-mail Id and Password to log-in to your 7SearchPPC advertiser account.

  12. When you log-in, you will see a USER INFO form page

  14. Click on the UPDATE PROFILE button

  15. Congratulations, now you can visit the dashboard and explore all the available options

Note:- You are required to complete your profile before you can start creating your Advertising Campaigns.

1.2. Method 2

Creating a 7SearchPPC account using your existing social media accounts.

  1. Go to 7Search PPC advertiser.7searchppc.com

  2. Click on Log in with Facebook or Log in with Twitter.

  4. You will get to the USER INFO form page

  5. Fill in the required details

  6. Click on the UPDATE PROFILE button

  7. Congratulations, you are now ready to experience the benefits and features of 7Searchppc.

Note:- You won’t be able to create advertising campaigns without updating your profile.


2. Verify Your 7SearchPPC Account

When you create your 7SearchPPC advertiser account, you will need to verify it to use all the feature sets that we provide. The verification is done with an email to the email id you provide during registration, so make sure to enter a working email id when you fill out the registration form.

1. Follow these simple steps to verify your account

  1. Once you complete the registration process, you will receive an activation email on your registered email id.

  2. Login to your email account.

  3. Find the email titled 7SearchPPC account - Please confirm your email.

  5. You will find a welcome message in the email.

  6. Underneath the welcome message, you can see a green color ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT button.

  7. Click on the ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT button.

  8. After you click on it, the 7SearchPPC advertiser's dashboard will open in a new tab.

  9. Now you can see the ACCOUNT ACTIVE tag in the top right corner.

  10. This ACCOUNT ACTIVE indicates that your account is successfully verified.

  11. Now you can claim all the benefits of the 7SearchPPC advertiser’s account, like creating and running your ad campaigns, adding funds to the wallets, updating your profile, managing your campings, etc.

2. If you don’t find the activation email, follow the below-mentioned steps to re-generate it:

  1. Open the 7SearchPPC Advertiser's login page.

  2. Login to your account.

  3. The dashboard will open.

  4. You can find the message regarding your account activation on the top.

  5. Click on the link to resend the verification email.

  6. Login to your email account and check for the verification email (this process might take a few minutes).

  7. Find the mail, open it, and click on the ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT button.

  8. The 7SearchPPC advertiser's dashboard will open a new tab.

  9. It will contain an ACCOUNT ACTIVE tag in the top right corner.

  10. This ACCOUNT ACTIVE indicates that your account is successfully verified.

  11. Now you can use your 7SearchPPC account to create new ad campaigns, add money to your wallet, add keywords to your ad campaigns, run your campaigns, and access all the 7SearchPPC advertiser's features account.

If you don't activate your 7SearchPPC account, you will get a PENDING tag in the upper right corner, indicating that you need to verify your account. Also, you won't be able to access any page apart from the dashboard. Whenever you click on a link, it will redirect you back to the 7SearchPPC advertiser's dashboard.


3. Update Your 7SearchPPC Profile

If you like to make changes in the information you provided at the time of creating your 7searchppc advertiser account, you can easily do so. We offer you the option to update your profile as per your needs. You can alter the information by following the simple steps mentioned below.

1. Steps to update your 7searchppc profile

  1. Go to the 7SearchPPC website.

  2. Click on the Advertisers button.

  3. The login page will open.

  4. Enter your email ID and password.

  5. Click on the Login button.

  6. The dashboard will open.

  7. In the right navigation bar, look for the Manage Account option.

  8. Click on Profile under the Manage Account section.

  9. A new page will open containing an editable form.

  10. You can update all the fields (except for the Email address).

  11. Click on the UPDATE PROFILE button

  12. The profile will reload, and you will see a green color banner stating, Your profile has been updated. Go to Dashboard.

  13. Congratulations, you have successfully updated your profile.

Please note that you cannot update the Email id from the User Info page. If you want to update your Email id, please contact us at support@7searchppc.com.


4. How To Create A Text Campaign?

When you complete the registration process and log in to your account, you get redirected to the dashboard. Here you can find all the options required to create your first text ad campaign. Methods of text campaign:

1. Creating a text campaign through the pop-up banner

  1. Open the advertiser's login page.

  2. Enter your email and password.

  3. Click on the login button.

  4. The dashboard will open.

  5. You will find a banner displaying Welcome to 7searchppc.com.

  6. Click on the CREATE NEW CAMPAIGN button.

  8. Fill in the required details.

  9. Click on the Create button.

  10. A new page will open.

  11. Your campaign is ready, and now you can add keywords to it.

Note:- The pop-up banner is only available till you don’t make your first campaign. This banner will not show up once you create your first campaign.

2. Creating a text campaign through the dashboard sidebar

  1. Open the advertiser's login page.

  2. Enter your email and password.

  3. Click on the login button.

  4. The dashboard will open.

  5. In the right sidebar on the dashboard, you will find the option create campaign under the Text Campaigns section.

  6. Click on the Create Campaign.

  8. Fill in the required details.

  11. Your campaign is ready, and now you can add keywords to it.

3. Creating a text campaign through the Setup a New Campaign and Keywords section on the dashboard

  1. Open the advertiser's login page.

  2. Enter your email and password.

  3. Click on the login button.

  4. The dashboard will open.

5. How To Add Keywords Into Your Text Campaign?

You Can Follow These Simple Steps To Add Keywords Into Your Text Campaign:

1. Add Keywords Into Your Text Campaign

  1. Go to the 7SearchPPC advertiser's login page.

  2. Login to your advertiser account.

  3. The dashboard will open.

  4. Find the Start a new Campaign and Keywords heading.

  5. Click on Add keywords to Campaign.

  6. OR

  7. Find the Text Campaigns heading at left side menu.

  8. Click on List Campaigns.

  9. A list of all our campaigns (active and inactive) will open.

  10. From the list, click on the Add Keywords link at keywords column.

  11. You will get redirected to the keywords page.

  12. Enter your desired keyword in the Enter your keyword here! section.

  13. Click on the SEARCH KEYWORDS button

  14. You will see the results displayed along with Estimated search and clicks per month and their bids.

  15. Add a keyword to your campaign by clicking on the Plus icon next to the keyword.

  16. You can also add custom keywords by typing them into the Type here & press enter text box.

  17. Once you have entered all the desired keywords, set the starting bid.

  18. Click on the NEXT STEP button.

  19. A success page will open.

  20. Click on the FINISH button

  21. Now on your campaign page, you can see the keywords that you have added.

  22. Now you can manage individual bids, activate, inactivate, update or delete the keywords as per your desire.

2. How To Activate The Keywords?

You have to activate the keyword after adding them to your campaign by following the below-mentioned steps:

  1. Select the keywords you want to activate by clicking on the checkbox next to the keyword.

  2. Click on the ACTIVATE button.

  3. Your keyword will activate If you have the required amount in your wallet.

  4. You can check if your keywords are activated by looking at the Status column.

3. Update Keywords In The Text Campaign

How To Update Keywords In The Text Campaign?

  1. Once you successfully add the keywords, you can customize them as per your likings.

  2. First, select the keyword you want to update by clicking on the checkbox next to the keyword.

  3. Now you can update bids, add custom title, description, and URL.

4. Add or Update Custom TDU

To Add Custom TDU (Title, Description, and URL)?

If you want the user to get different versions of your ads, depending on the keywords they are searching. You can utilize the Custom TDU option.

  1. Click on Edit TDU next to the keyword you want to customize.

  4. Click on the UPDATE button.

  5. You will see an UPDATE SUCCESSFUL message.

5. How To Update Your Bid?

  1. First choose the keyword you want to update bid.

  2. Enter the amount you want to bid under the Your Bid column next to your keyword.

  3. Click on the Plus Sign (+) button to update.

  4. You will get a pop-up saying, Bid has been updated successfully!!!

  5. Click on the OK button.

6. What happens if my keywords become inactive?

Your keywords can become inactive either due to low campaign balance or if you deactivate them from the campaign page on the 7SearchPPC dashboard.

When a keyword is inactive, your ads will not show up against that particular keyword. The inactive keywords do not affect your campaign’s other aspects, as you can run your campaigns against as many keywords as you want. Deactivating one keyword will not affect any other. If a keyword gets deactivated due to the low campaign balance, you will see a message, "You have <no. of inactive keywords>. These keyword(s) inactivated due to less wallet balance than keyword bid" on the campaign page. You can top-up your campaign wallet and activate the keyword to show your ad to people searching for that particular keyword.

You can activate the keywords if you have optimum balance by following these steps:

  • Go to the 7SearchPPC dashboard.

  • Click on "List Campaigns" under the "Text Campaign" section of the left navigation tab.

  • Click on the campaign ID you want to activate.

  • The campaign's keyword page will open.

  • Click on the checkbox next to the keyword you want to activate.

  • The status will change to ACTIVE under the Status column next to the keyword.


6. How to Add Funds Into 7searchppc Wallet

After creating your 7SearchPPC advertiser account, you can create your ad campaigns, but to run these campaigns on our publisher's websites, you have to allocate the funds to your wallet. We made it simple to add funds to your 7SearchPPC wallet by providing you with the options of using Paytm, Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin). Follow the simple steps to add funds to your 7SearchPPC wallet:

1.1 Add fund into 7searchppc wallet

  1. Open 7SearchPPC advertiser's login page.

  2. Enter your email id and password

  3. Click on the Login button.

  4. The dashboard will open

  5. In the top right section, you can find Main Wallet Balance.

  6. Click on the Main Wallet Balance.

  7. A new page will open.

  8. Under the Payment Methods section, you can find ways to add funds.

  9. You have four methods to add funds to the 7SearchPCC wallet.

  10. You can use PayTM, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Bitcoin.

  11. Enter the amount in the Enter Amount section.

  12. Select your preferred Payment Method.

  13. Click on the PAY NOW button.

  14. A new page will open.

  15. Click on PROCEED TO SECURE PAYMENT button.

  16. Complete the payment (as per your selection).

  17. After completing these steps, you will get the funds in your 7SearchPPC wallet.

Note:- Once you enter the amount ($) in the Enter Amount section, under the Add Funds to Wallet section, you can find the details about how much money will go to your Main Wallet, how much will get Taxed, and the processing fee. This information will help you decide the most economical method for adding funds to your 7SearchPPC wallet.

1.2 Different Payment Methods

You can add funds to your 7SearchPPC wallet using the different methods. Below you can find the step-by-step process of adding funds via Paytm, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, and Bitcoin.

  2. Enter your email id and password

  3. Click on the Login button.

7. How To Add Funds To Campaign Wallet

You will need to have adequate funds in your campaign wallet to run your campaign. Once your funds fall below your bid value of a keyword, that keyword will become inactive. When you create a new campaign, the wallet associated with it will be empty, and you have to add funds to it manually.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to add fund to your campaign wallet:

1. Add Funds Into 7searchppc Wallet

  1. Go to the 7SearchPPC advertiser's login page.

  2. Enter your email id and password.

  3. Click on the Login button.

  4. The dashboard will open.

  5. Under the left navigation panel, click on Wallet under the Manage Account section.

  6. Your wallet page will open.

  7. You will find the Campaign Wallet section on this page.

    7searchppc

  8. Under this section, you can find the individual wallets for all your campaigns.

  9. Find the one you want to add funds into.

  10. Under the Add Balance column, enter the desired amount (in USD).

  11. Click on the Plus icon.

  12. A pop-up will appear containing the text, Are you sure to update balance?

  13. Click on OK to proceed.

  14. Your campaign wallet will show the amount you have added under the Current Balance column.

Note:- It is important to note that you cann't add money directly to your campaign wallet. First, you have to add funds to your main wallet, then only you can transfer them to the individual campaign wallets.

2. How To Quickly Adding Funds To Campaign Wallet?

If you don't have enough money in the campaign wallet, you can quickly top-up the wallet on the List Campaigns page.

Follow these simple steps to quickly top-up your campaign wallet quickly:

2.1 Add Funds Into 7searchppc Wallet

  1. On the List Campaigns page, click on the text box under the CMP Wallet (Campaign Wallet) column next to the campaign wallet you want to top-up.

  2. Enter the amount you want to add.

  3. Click on the Plus icon.

    7searchppc

  4. A pop-up will appear, Are you sure to update balance?

  5. Click on the OK button.

  6. The campaign wallet's balance will update.

Note:- You can only add the funds to the campaign wallet from your 7SearchPPC main wallet. So, make sure your main wallet has an adequate balance before you try and add funds to the campaign wallet.

3. How To Reverse Funds To The Main Wallet?

How To Reverse Funds To The Main Wallet? If you have an inactive campaign or an ad campaign that you no longer want to run, you can transfer funds from that campaign's wallet to your 7SearchPPC main wallet.

Follow these easy steps to reverse funds to the main wallet:

3.1. Reverse Funds To The Main Wallet

  1. From the 7SearchPPC advertiser's dashboard, click on Wallet.

  2. You can find the Wallet under the Manage Account section of the left navigation bar.

  3. Once you click it, the wallet page will open.

  4. Under the Campaign Wallet section, you can find the Empty Campaign column.

  5. Click on the REVERSE TO WALLET button in front of the campaign you want to stop.

  6. Once you click, a pop-up will appear containing the text, Are you sure to reverse campaign balance?

  7. Click on OK to proceed.

  8. You will get a pop-up message saying, Your campaign balance is empty.

  9. Click on OK.

  10. You have successfully transferred the funds from your campaign wallet to the 7SearchPPC main wallet.

  11. You can allot these funds to other campaigns or keep them the main wallet for future campaigns.

4. Other Sections On Wallet Page

You can find the Add Fund History and Transaction History sections on the wallet page. These will provide you with the data related to the money you add in the 7SearchPPC wallet.

4.1 - Add Fund History

This section contains the information about the funds you have added to your 7SearchPPC wallet. You can look at the following under this section:

  1. Date when you have added the funds

  2. Status of payment

  3. Payment method

  4. The amount, etc.

You can also download the information in this section by clicking on EXCEL or PDF buttons.

4.2. Transaction History

Under this section, you can find how you have spent and moved around your money from the main wallet to campaign wallets. You can find the same details as available under the Add Fund History section. You can click on EXCEL or PDF buttons to download your transaction history.

8. How To Activate Your 7SerachPPC Text Campaign?

Once you have created your 7SearchPPC Text Campain, you will need to activate it so people could see your ad. Before activating your campaign, make sure that you have sufficient funds in your wallet. If the required amount is not present in your wallet, you won't be able to make your ads go live.

Follow these simple steps to activate your campaign:

1.1 Activate Your 7SerachPPC Text Campaign

  1. Open the 7SearchPPC advertiser's login page.

  2. Enter your email id and password

  3. Click on the Login button.

  4. The dashboard will open

  5. Under the left navigation panel, click on the List Campaigns under the Text Campaigns section.

  6. A new page will open.

    7searchppc

  7. On the List Campaigns page, you will find the list of all the campaigns you have created.

  8. Select the campaign you want to activate by clicking the checkbox next to the campaign.

  9. Click on the ACTIVE button.

  10. Once you click the ACTIVE button, your campaign will go live.

Note:- If you have less than the required amount in your wallet, you will get the message, Due to less campaign wallet balance, Action on campaign could not be performed.

1.2 Quickly Adding Funds To Campaign Wallet

If you don't have enough money in the campaign wallet, you can quickly top-up the wallet on the List Campaigns page.

Follow these simple steps to quickly top-up your campaign wallet:

  1. On the List Campaigns page, click on the text box under the CMP Wallet column next to the campaign wallet you want to top-up.

  2. Enter the amount you want to add.

  3. Click on the Plus icon.

  4. A pop-up will appear, Are you sure to update balance?

  5. Click on the OK button.

  6. The campaign wallet's balance will update.

Note:- You can only add the funds to the campaign wallet from your 7SearchPPC main wallet. So, make sure your main wallet has an adequate balance before you try and add funds to the campaign wallet.

2. Activate & Inactivate Your 7SearchPPC Text Campaign's Keywords

You can also activate your campaign on per keyword basis. It means you can choose to show your ads only against a specific keyword, even if you have other keywords in your campaign. Doing this is helpful when you don't want to spend money on less profitable keywords but don't want to delete those keywords from your campaign, either.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to activate your campaign only for a specific keyword:

  1. Open the 7SearchPPC advertiser's login page.

  2. Login into your account.

  3. The dashboard will open.

  4. Under the left navigation panel, click on the List Campaigns under the Text Campaigns section.

  5. On the List Campaigns page, you will find the list of all the campaigns you have created.

  6. Click on the Campaign ID or View Keywords which you want to manage.

  7. Selected campaign's keyword list will be opened.

  8. Select the keyword you want to target by clicking on the checkbox next to it.

  9. Click on the ACTIVE button.

  10. Once you click the button, the keyword will become active.

  11. You can also deactivate a keyword from this page by selecting and clicking the INACTIVE button.

Note:- Make sure that you have sufficient funds in your campaign wallet (learn how to add funds to the campaign wallet here). If the funds fall below the bid you have placed for a keyword, that particular keyword will automatically become inactive.

9. What is 7SearchPPC Tracking Code?

7SearchPPC tracking code helps the advertisers keep track of the number of visitors on their website. These visitors come to the website after clicking on the ads on the publisher's site. If you want to track your website's live visitors, you can put the tracking code in your website's source code and see the live stats on the 7SearchPPC dashboard.

Using the 7SearchPPC tracking code will help you keep track of how many visitors are using your website at any given time, through which campaign and keyword they come to your website. You can also see the visitor's IP address, Location (country), which page they are on (URL), and when they have accessed the website (Time).

All the tracking information is available on the 7SearchPPC dashboard, under the Live Visitor section.

Follow these simple steps to use 7SearchPPC tracking code:

1. How To Use 7serachppc Tracking Code

  1. Open the 7SearchPPC advertiser's login page.

  2. Enter your login details and click on the Login button.

  3. On the 7SearchPPC dashboard, find the Get Tracking Code option.

  4. This option is available in the Live Visitor section of the dashboard.

  5. Click on the Get Tracking Code.

  6. A pop-up dialog box will open.

  7. Copy the tracking code by clicking on the COPY TRACKING CODE.

  8. The text will get copied.

  9. Now go to your website's source code and paste this code in the <head> tag.

  10. Make sure to put the tracking code immediately before the closing head tag </head>.

Note:- If you have a static website, you will need to manually paste this code immediately before the closing head tag </head> on every page of your website. You can put this tracking code in the shared header file for the dynamic website, and it will do its work throughout your website.

2. Where Can You Find The 7searchppc Tracking Code?

The tracking code is available on the 7SearchPPC dashboard under the Live Visitor section. You can click on the Get Tracking Code to obtain it and put it in your website's source code. Alternatively, you can also find the tracking code on the campaign page.

The following are the steps to get the tracking code from the campaign page:

2.1. Find The 7searchppc Tracking Code

  1. Find the List Campaign option under the left navigation bar on the 7SearchPPC dashboard.

  2. Click on the List Campaign option.

  3. Click on any campaign name (in Campaign Column) from the list.

  4. Click on the Edit Campaign button under the YOUR AD PREVIEW section.

  5. The Update Campaign page will open.

  6. Scroll to the bottom of this page.

  7. You will find the Tracking Code section.

    7searchppc

  8. Click on the COPY TRACKING CODE button.

  9. The code will get copied.

  10. Open your website's source code and paste the tracking code immediately before the closing head tag </head>.

Note:- You can also find the tracking code when you create a new campaign. Follow the below-mentioned steps to find the tracking code while creating a new text campaign:

  1. Go to the 7SearchPPC dashboard.

  2. Click on the Create Campaign under the Text Campaign section.

  3. The Create New Campaign page will open.

  4. Fill in all the required details.

  5. At the page's end, you will get the Tracking Code section.

  6. Click on the COPY TRACKING CODE button.

  7. The code will get copied.

  8. Paste this trackings code immediately before the closing head tag </head> on your website.

3. Put The 7searchppc Tracking Code On My Website
